Welcome to our new site

Why a new site?

At the beginning of 2019, Quadro began redeveloping its website to enhance the way our customers could use it. The advances in security, ease of use and much more made it a necessity to upgrade our website.  The  successful agency to assist Quadro in redesigning our website was tbk Creative out of London, Ontario.  The website committee alongside tbk Creative have worked hard to create the new website and make using it a better experience for our customers.

In addition, a great amount of detail was invested in the site to ensure it not only met, but exceeded the requirements of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (A.O.D.A.), an area that tbk Creative has special skills, knowledge and passion for.

Some enhancements of our new site

The goal of the site, is to help you, the customer, find the information you need in as few clicks as possible. We’re going to have the opportunity to have a bit more fun along the way as well. We will be including more enriched media into the site such as videos and high resolution images. We’ve included lots of information on the Free Preview page in the Digital TV section so that you can learn more about the channels that are providing you free access and view what they have to offer. We will be adding fun videos, infographics, .gifs and more to help explain the technical content on our website so our customers can better understand what we have to offer.
